Refund policy

If the user wishes to cancel his or her appointment with the lawyer, he or she must notify banksavocats.com by telephone or e-mail at least 48 hours in advance, otherwise he or she will be required to pay a penalty of $100. There are no refunds after purchase and after services have been rendered.
